Project Description

X-ray diffraction was used to confirm the purity and lack of change in mineralogy of kaolinite clays following a chemical purification procedure. The samples were then used for stable isotope analysis as part of the study 'Kaolinite genesis and the formation of REE ion adsorption deposits'.
